    We’re looking for driven, client-focused professionals to join our growing team as Wealth Management Advisors. In this role, you’ll have the chance to establish a dynamic advisory practice centered on guiding affluent individuals and families in preserving, enhancing, and transferring their wealth. Through structured mentorship, cutting-edge planning technology, and immersive experience, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the full wealth management landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Risk Management Strategies: Advise clients on protecting their wealth and income through tailored insurance solutions such as life, disability, and long-term care coverage. • Investment Planning: Build customized investment portfolios aligned with each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon. • Holistic Financial Planning: Deliver advanced planning strategies including retirement and estate planning, tax-efficient solutions, business succession, and philanthropic planning. Responsibilities: • Only considering applicants with a life and health insurance license at this time • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, values, and life priorities • Conduct Financial Planning and Investment Analysis • Create personalized financial strategies and portfolios using a holistic planning approach, including investments, retirement, tax efficiency, insurance, and estate considerations • Monitor and adjust client investment portfolios in alignment with market conditions and evolving client goals • Business Development and Prospecting • Collaborate with Internal Specialists • Work with insurance, planning, and investment product specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to clients • Uphold Compliance and Fiduciary Standards Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • Life & Health Licensed • SIE, Series 7, & 63. (Series 65 or 66 preferred) Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 at plan per year
