Why This Role Is Unique
This is not a standard administrative position. We are seeking a polished, organized, and proactive individual to step into this rare and highly sought-after role to become the right hand to the founder, acting as a gatekeeper, liaison, and organizational strategist. You will interface daily with clients, prospective clients, professional peers, and centers of influence such as attorneys and accountants — all within an atmosphere of dignity, professionalism, and discretion.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize the founder’s day
Take charge of founder’s complex business and personal calendar with accuracy and foresight
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, clients, and professional partners
Coordinate meetings, calls, and events, ensuring all related materials are prepared in advance
Interface with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals in a polished, articulate manner
Support both personal and professional logistics for the founder
Assist in document preparation, correspondence, presentation creation
Assist with library management
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion
Proactively anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
Best Preparation for Success
Proven experience supporting executives in financial services, law, or accounting
Ability to manage a fast-paced, quickly changing workload with multiple priorities
Comfort and professionalism when interacting with influential clients and partners
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a high-demand, client-facing role on Wall Street or in Law or Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Social Media
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maximum commute of 30 minutes to North Stamford
Top academic performance from a respected institution

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation based on experience (Range: $65,000 - $85,000)
