We are seeking a dedicated and personable Wealth Management Client Concierge to join our team. This is a dual role position including both reception and client service responsibilities. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. As a Wealth Management Client Concierge you can expect to:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone & email
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are fully addressed
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls or follow-ups
• Prepare and process client paperwork accurately
• Coordinate advisor calendars and client meetings

Qualifications for this role include:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Wealth Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in the role or similar role
• Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
• Previous experience handling cash transactions or in a retail environment is a plus
• Series 7, 66 and SIE (preferred/willing to obtain)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
