Position Overview
The Wealth Management Intern will work closely with multiple departments to support internal operations, client service initiatives, and marketing efforts. This role provides broad exposure to how a professional wealth management practice operates, with opportunities to develop practical skills across financial planning, investments, technology, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the investment and financial planning teams, including preparing materials, organizing data, and assisting with internal workflows.
- Assist with office technology support and troubleshooting (e.g., software access, basic device setup).
- Support marketing and communications initiatives, including newsletters, social media, website updates, and event preparation.
- Help maintain internal systems, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct research and data gathering to support planning, investment analysis, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across departments on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, CRM platforms, or website tools is a plus.
