Wealth Manager
Location: Fishers, IN
Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 (base plus incentive)
Status: Full time, in office

We are looking for a highly motivated Wealth Manager who will establish new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support current clients. There is tremendous room for growth for the right candidate! A successful candidate will value building

As a Wealth Manager, you will support all aspects of financial planning and investment management for our valued clients. You'll be comfortable and confident when interacting with clients to ensure a thorough and robust financial planning experience.
In your new role, you can expect to:
- Provide information/education to clients and prospects about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies.
- Source prospective client opportunities by capitalizing on networking and referrals.
- Promote established investment models and strategies that are suitable for our targeted clients.
- Coordinate all money movement, strategy changes and paperwork for existing clients and prospects with the operations team as necessary.
- Servicing client needs and requirements as determined through client interaction.
- Promote the firm’s wealth enhancement planning services and Trust services.
- Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
- Participate in daily morning advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
- Provide positive and professional service to the assigned client base.
- Handle all communication with the client base, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Review investment products currently held in client’s accounts, both advisory and brokerage, and reallocate to the appropriate model to help clients meet their financial objectives.
- Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements.
- Attend firm client events.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- CFP, preferred
- Series 7 with a 66 or 63 or an active 65, required
- Life, Health and LTC Licenses or desire to achieve necessary licenses
- 3-5 years of experience in the industry
- 3-5 years or more in a similar role
- Must have financial analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with planning software, Right Capital, Money Tree, Holisti Plan preferred
- Clean U-4 and U-5 history
