WealthWave is seeking a motivated and dynamic Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional financial advice and solutions to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

*This is a commission only 1099 position

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and solutions advice to clients based on their individual circumstances.
• Educate clients about various financial products and services, including retirement planning, insurance options, investments, and wealth management.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses and develop customized financial strategies for clients.
• Assist clients with account openings, fund transfers, and other administrative tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and resolve any client inquiries or concerns.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• An ACTIVE Life Insurance license is PREFERRED.
• If you do not have an active Life License, you will be required to get one shortly after joining the team.
• Sales Experience is a plus BUT mentoring and training will be provided.
• Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry regulations.
