    As a Hospital Liaison for Vita Healthcare , your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the services and facilities offered by our nursing home. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential residents and their families, as well as healthcare professionals, to drive occupancy and maintain a positive reputation for our facility.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with both parties' interests.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations to position our services strategically.
    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for hospital partners.
    • Gather feedback from hospitals on our offerings and relay this information to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
    • Actively seek out and engage with individuals and families who are seeking long-term care options for their loved ones.
    • Provide detailed information about the nursing home's services, amenities, and care programs to prospective residents and their families.
    • Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing the various accommodations and services available.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and social workers to establish referral networks and increase admissions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and follow-up communications.
    • Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate the smooth transition of new residents into the nursing home.
    • Attend relevant community events, health fairs, and conferences to raise awareness and promote the nursing home's services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position the nursing home in the market.

    Requirements and Qualifications :

    • Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • A strong understanding of healthcare operations, industry trends, and terminology is essential.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building rapport and maintaining relationships.
    • The healthcare landscape is ever-evolving; adaptability to changes and quick problem-solving are vital.
    • Efficiently manage a diverse workload, meeting sales targets while prioritizing relationship-building.
    • Adhere to ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring that hospital relationships are built on trust.
    • Availability for occasional travel to meet with hospital partners as needed.
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though relevant experience can be considered.
