As a proactive sales executive, you'll hit the road, cultivating new relationships within hospitals to boost occupancy rates. Your day-to-day will involve networking with hospital staff, devising targeted marketing strategies, and exceeding sales targets with your determined approach. The job will require generating referrals from the community, hospitals, and physicians.     Key Responsibilities :

    • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our nursing home services, with white glove service. Leverage your strong sales experience to identify growth opportunities and create data-driven marketing plans.
    • Brand Promotion: Elevate our brand by effectively communicating our commitment to exceptional care and our unique approach to senior living. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
    • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Digital Presence: Oversee the development and management of our online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital advertising. Utilize your expertise to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
    • Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local organizations and referral sources to drive referrals and build a strong network within the community.
    • Travel: You will be traveling a few times a week to different facilities & hospitals, all approximately 60 minutes to 100 minutes from Kansas City Missouri.

    Qualifications :

    • 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a remarkable track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Any sales experience outside the healthcare industry is highly recommended.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, rooted in empathy.
    • Innovative thinker with a deep well of creativity.
    • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a compassionate team.
    • Charismatic approachability, with an empathetic and personal sales style.
