Gently.io is a logistics start-up company that specializes in providing shipping solutions to retailers in the health and beauty, wellness products, clothes, and non-perishables sectors. We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by cold calling potential clients, attending conferences and trade shows, and managing warm leads.

Requirements:
3-6 years of sales experience, with a focus on SaaS sales and business development
A start-up attitude with a passion for building something great
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong cold calling and networking skills
Knowledge of logistics and shipping is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Willingness to travel for business purposes
Ideal candidates will be fully in-person in Santa Monica, but we are flexible for great candidates
Offering:
We offer a competitive base salary of 75k, with uncapped commission opportunities based on performance. We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious sales professional who shares our passion for building something great.
