Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our nursing home services, focusing on personalized outreach and exceptional service. Utilize your sales expertise to identify growth opportunities and devise data-driven marketing plans.
- Brand Promotion: Communicate our dedication to exceptional care and unique approach to senior living, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Digital Presence: Oversee our online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital advertising, leveraging your expertise to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Establish partnerships with local organizations and referral sources to drive referrals and expand our network within the community. This will involve generating referrals from the community, hospitals, and physicians.
- Travel: You will be traveling a few times a week to different facilities & hospitals, all approximately 60 to 100 minutes from Kansas City Missouri.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 3+ years of skilled nursing home marketing/sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by empathy.
- Innovative thinker with a flair for creativity.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a compassionate team.
- Charismatic approachability, employing an empathetic and personal sales style.
