    As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve proactively building and managing client accounts, retaining key accounts, and providing strategic input to drive business success. You will work closely with our team to analyze sales data, recommend improvements, and support the overall business strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth within the logistics sector.
    • Proactively cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of account retention and satisfaction.
    • Provide insightful analysis and strategic input for client accounts, including planning and implementing strategies to enhance account performance.
    • Foster a positive and supportive business culture that aligns with our company values and enhances our reputation.
    • Contribute to maintaining and improving Bound Logistics' reputation through excellent client interactions and service.
    • Offer recommendations on future business decisions and strategic direction based on account performance and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the Bound Logistics team to review and assess new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving account performance and profitability, playing a key role in implementing strategies for success.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Familiarity with logistics is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt is key.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
    • Commission: Uncapped, with significant earning potential based on performance.
