Requirements:

Compensation:
- Base salary of $50,000 per year plus commission.
- Commission structure: 10% of the profit on sales generated.
- Opportunity to earn significant income (highest sales person earning up to $800,000).
- Option to transition to commission-only structure: 50% of the profit on sales generated, with no base salary.
