We are looking to hire and train 2 techs to help weatherize residential homes in a 30 mile radius of our Colmar location. Duties to include (after training period): Blower door air testing for building shell tightness, caulking and weatherstripping of windows and doors, replacement of windows and doors, installation of pipe wrap on water lines, installation of replacement glass in windows, installation of drywall patches, cutting in of access panels and framing of hatchways, blocking off chase-ways in attic and basement using foam board and/or expanding handifoam, installation of insulation on ductwork, installation of roof venting, installation of blown insulation, installation of energy saving thermostats and LED lighting, health and safety testing pre and post retrofits.
