Our company has created many open source tools and projects that you're probably familiar with: Flux, Flagger, Scope and Cortex, all projects we have donated to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) as well as EKSCTL, the CLI for AWS' Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS). We have recently launched our flagship product, Weave GitOps Enterprise. Working alongside our Product and Engineering teams, the consultants on our Customer Success team work directly with our customers to solve their most pressing application development and cluster deployment problems.
The CX team engages with select Fortune 100 customers in sectors such as Finance, Telecom, and Retail. Our CREs bring years of experience skillfully applying Cloud Native tools and technologies so that our customers realize value quickly and ensure that their goals are fully met. You will join an expert team with a superb balance of production operational experience and cloud native developer understanding. You will work closely with the latest open-source tools and technologies, and help market-leading clients pick the right choices for their applications. This is a varied, extremely consultative, customer-facing role, where you'll get to understand the problem, shape the approach, and then deliver the solution.
