Weavil Law is growing fast and expanding our team. We're looking for a corporate transactional attorney with 4+ years of experience to work in the firm’s corporate practice with a focus on M&A, startups, and general business law. Weavil Law serves clients throughout California and is based in Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Remote flexibility will be considered depending on the candidate. Responsibilities: • Meeting (including by phone and video) with prospects and potential clients • Taking charge of transactions/matters as a primary point of client contact • Preparing deal and other documents • Collaborating with team members • Reviewing and analyzing legal agreements Qualifications: ABOUT YOU: • Strong corporate experience • Strong drafting skills • Ability to run a transaction/matter with minimal supervision • Great client skills • Excellent academic background • Admitted in California Candidates should have strong organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, a professional demeanor, good client management skills, excellent judgment, and superior written and verbal communication skills.  Experience with a national law firm, as well as healthcare and/or real estate, is a plus. Compensation: $160,000 DOE (total compensation, including bonus potential)
