What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of the pressroom, supporting daily operations and ensuring our web presses run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Running the press during breaks, lunches, and PTO for the operator.
• Keeping quality at the forefront by inspecting printed sheets every 15 minutes for color, registration, and specs.
• Prepping roll-stock, inspecting materials, and ensuring every job starts and ends perfectly.
• Performing essential maintenance tasks and ensuring the press is ready for success.
• Assisting with job setup, like washing rollers and preparing ink fountains.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor.
