    The Social Media Influencer manages day-to-day client social media and influencer marketing tactics to ensure maximum return for our client’s investment. The specialist is responsible for assessing the client's business goals and developing and executing strategies. Involved in the development, production, and implementation of our SEO & Online PR services, with an emphasis on social media and influencer marketing services.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Effectively applies knowledge and experience using tools and client data to develop unique social media, content (including email), influencer, or SEO strategies.
    • Strategize, implement, and manage social media campaigns for clients.
    • Strategize and manage email marketing campaigns for clients.
    • Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer research, correspondence, and communication with influencers, contract development with clients, and campaign analysis.
    • Identify clients’ current content assets (web copy, video, blog posts, social assets, influencer content, etc.) and suggest new content that will build organic reach.
    • Produce & manage, content, influencer marketing, and social audits - analysis and documentation. Prioritize findings and develop an action plan to ensure the client’s online growth with guidance and support from the department Leads.
    • Research and analyze industry changes and developments in earned media and SEO techniques, tools and methodologies; apply findings, reports to clients and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Support SEO & Online PR efforts to drive inbound link growth and increase non-paid traffic.
    • Basic knowledge of technical SEO in order to identify client issues that may affect organic performance.
    • Creates and presents written recommendations for earned media performance improvements.
    • Generate monthly reporting for your clients based on their unique KPI’s.

     

    Required Skills:

    • 2 - 5 years of experience in SEO or social media
    • A love of supporting decisions with data
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented, technical aptitude
    • Proven track record of thriving in a team environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to define, communicate and execute deliverables on time and with quality.
    • Demonstrates effective listening skills, with the ability to apply what's learned towards client deliverables.
    • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & the G Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing software and social media scheduling tools

     

     

    Education Requirements

    Desired Education: Bachelors In Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Communications, Or Related Major

     

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with influencer marketing management platforms
    • Your own blog(s) or active social media presence (Desired)
    • Marketing automation experience is a plus
    • Basic Image editing experience using Adobe Photoshop
