The Web and Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in developing cohesive, visually engaging materials across digital and print platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision and technical precision to execute design solutions that align with brand identity and business goals. With strong proficiency in industry-standard tools and a deep understanding of responsive web design, this designer collaborates across departments to deliver compelling user experiences and marketing assets that drive engagement and elevate the brand.

Position Details: This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position working onsite in our Temecula, CA office and at home.
Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $80,000 to a maximum of $95,000 based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.
