Web and Systems Developer

Location: On-site | Fort Sill, OK

Clearance Required: SECRET (Must be a U.S. Citizen)

Position Overview

FEFA, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Web and Systems Developer to design, manage, and continuously enhance internal and external websites, portals, digital assets, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functionality, strong cybersecurity, and a seamless user experience aligned with organizational goals. This on-site role at Fort Sill, OK supports a dynamic environment that values innovation, strategic planning, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Support & Guidance

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across web technologies, data management, visualization, AI, and workflow automation.
• Utilize platforms including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Tools such as Vantage, Tableau, Advani , and emerging technologies.

Web & Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain digital assets including:
  • Internal/external websites
  • Power Platform applications
  • Automated workflows
  • Power BI dashboards
  • Databases and data visualizations
  • SharePoint administration (permissions, sites, lists, web parts, templates)
• Engineer and enhance media sites across domains, including redesigns, integrations, interface improvements, and workflow development.

User Support & Collaboration

• Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support to users and partner organizations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain daily work logs and deliver monthly summary reports.

Content & Design

• Create and edit digital/print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and other industry-standard tools.
• Support web content owners through:
  • Audits for relevance, timeliness, and compliance
  • Enhancements to blogs, RSS feeds, news, multimedia, and social integrations
  • Implementation of compliant links and accessibility standards

Strategic & Continuous Improvement

• Support long- and short-range strategic planning.
• Identify and implement upgrades to improve performance, security, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR at least 5 years of Web and Systems Development experience.
• Active SECRET clearance (required to maintain).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Technical Skills

• Experience with:
  • Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
  • Azure DevOps, Azure Storage
  • Xcode, VS Code, PowerQuery
• Knowledge and experience with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and bot development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design tools.

Web Development Expertise

• Experience in graphical design, site planning, and layout.
• Proficiency with:
  • HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JSON
  • PHP, SQL/MySQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, jQuery, SASS
  • CMS platforms such as Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Concrete5
  • Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, TypeScript, PySpark
• Ability to support multimedia content (blogs, RSS, audio/video, social APIs).
• Strong SharePoint experience (web parts, permissions, workflows, maintenance).
• Understanding of accessibility standards for electronic/information technology.

Other Requirements

• Occasional travel to Fort Hood, TX.
