WEBHORSE MARKETING – HOWELL, MI

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly motivated and driven social media specialist/graphic designer to join our team. The person that we will be bringing aboard our team must have at least three years of experience in both social media marketing/advertising and graphic design. The perfect candidate for this position will be highly creative, have exceptional design skills, and have an in depth understanding of how to use social media to market businesses.

WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING The person we bring aboard will be creating graphics for social media campaigns, online display/remarketing ads, email marketing campaigns, print media, etc. They will also be managing our clients social media campaigns and optimizing for peak performance. They will be working with other members of our team to create cohesive marketing campaigns for our client’s that are consistent across all forms of media.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluid in Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Strong understanding of Facebook platform including Ads Manager
• Highly creative
• Marketing/advertising understanding
• Entrepreneurial/self-motivated
• Positive/grateful attitude
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Facebook Ads certified
• Management ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
