    Job Description

    Take Minutes at all coalition meetings.

    Responsible to disseminate correspondence in a timely manner.

    Make logistical arrangements and assist in preparation tasks for meetings and events.

    Enter and track all necessary data, including social media, and other qualitative data for reports.

    Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner and ready for use and inspection.

    Compile and keep member roster updated with current information on all coalition members.

    Answer incoming calls, email, and social media messaging.

    Assist BCTC coordinator with duties and tasks as requested.

    Work with all workgroups to ensure materials are ready for meetings.

    Assist in event planning and meeting set up and implementation.

    Work with other people from various sectors.

    This position is approximately 20 hours a week.

    High School diploma or equivalent plus at least one year work-related experience.

    Computer skills - type at least 40 wpm and demonstrate proficiency at Word and Excel;

    be able to work with public professionally and be a positive role model for youth.

    Fast learner and adaptable to changing environments and people.

    Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation.

    A current Utah driver’s license and personal vehicle is required as meetings are throughout the cities of Riverdale, South Ogden, Uintah and Washington Terrace.

    Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
