    Job Description

    NOTE: THIS JOB REQUIRES ATTENDANCE AT OUR OFFICE IN EL DORADO HILLS, CA MONDAY-FRIDAY. CURRENTLY, WE ARE MANAGING MOST OF THE TEAM IN OUR LOCAL OFFICE WHILE THOSE WHO ARE HIGH-RISK OR LIVING WITH HIGHER RISK PERSONS ARE WORKING FROM HOME. WE WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW ALL RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AS IT RELATES TO HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES.

    NOTE 2: A MAC LAPTOP, PREFERABLY 2018 OR NEWER, IS ALSO NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB. COMPUTERS ARE NOT PROVIDED AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, WE OFFER A NO-INTEREST FINANCING PLAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF A QUALIFYING DEVICE.

    JOB SUMMARY

    JOIN A TEAM COMMITTED TO YOUR GROWTH AND FULFILLMENT AS A MEMBER OF A THRIVING COMPANY CULTURE. The Customer Support Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and providing the right solutions.
 As a CS Rep, you discover the customers’ needs. And with the support of your team members, you match those needs with the right products. 
 The CS Rep stays on top of news about products and processes, ready to apply any learning in customer interactions. Success is measured by team and individual productivity, as well as overall department performance.
 


    Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


    A typical day will require 4-5 hours of phone support (Mostly Incoming calls). The remainder of the day will be scheduled by your manager and include follow-up activities via email, chat etc.
