Job Summary

I am seeking an Website Administrator who will be responsible for the technical aspects of maintaining and updating a website, ensuring its functionality, security, and user experience. This includes tasks like troubleshooting issues, managing content, optimizing for performance, and implementing security measures. You will be responsible for the overall layout and aesthetic of our website. This website promotes our services for the public and client's to view. You will work closely with the owner so she can translate thoughts for you to put into a visually appealing design. They are also responsible for turning that design into a functional site and uploading it to a web server. Other responsibilities include:

Website Maintenance: Regularly updating content, fixing broken links, and ensuring the website's overall functionality.

Technical Support: Troubleshooting technical problems, providing technical support to users, and resolving issues related to web servers and applications.

Content Management: Managing website content, including writing, editing, and publishing articles, and ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

Collaboration: Collaborating with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.

Fixing any functionality issues, including the removal of “dead links”

Updating and maintaining the site

Performance Optimization: Optimizing website speed, SEO, and user experience.

Responsibilities

Create content about our products and post on multiple social media platforms

Monitor and respond to online reviews of our products and services

Conceptualizing and creating website layouts: This involves planning the overall structure and flow of the website.

Designing user interface (UI) elements: This includes creating interactive components like buttons, menus, and forms.

Choosing fonts, colors, and visual styles: These elements contribute to the overall aesthetic and branding of the website.

Developing and maintaining visual consistency: Ensuring that all design elements align with the brand identity and overall aesthetic.

Qualifications

Must reside in Las Vegas or surrounding suburbs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages.

Content Management: Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

SEO: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles to improve website visibility.

Security: Knowledge of website security best practices and protocols.

Communication: Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and users.

Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Good visual design sense

Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, Marketer or a similar position is preferred

Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence.

Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies: This allows web designers to create innovative and engaging websites.
