Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect any suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and alerts in a timely manner
• Coordinate with security personnel to address any security breaches
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities
• Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CCTV monitoring software and equipment
