    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
    • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
    • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and workshops.
    • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and deadlines.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and maintained.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
    • Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
    • Experience with remote collaboration tools and platforms is preferred.
    • Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus.
