We are looking for a Newsletter Editor to join the Marketing team!
Responsibilities
• Select and curate relevant articles, stories, and content pieces to feature in the newsletter, ensuring the content aligns with our audience's interests and needs.
• Create and design the newsletter, including selecting images, formatting content, and ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly layout. Review all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company's editorial standards, while maintaining consistent branding.
• Develop strategies to apply different content to help different groups of audiences make informed decisions.
• Plan the release schedule of the weekly newsletter and ensure timely distribution to subscribers through push, email, or other relevant channels.
• Monitor newsletter performance, analyze open rates and engagement metrics, and actively seek and act upon feedback to improve content and delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in financial newsletter content creation and curation.
• Creative thinking and an ability to develop engaging and unique newsletter content.
• A strong understanding of audience engagement and capital market.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with audience analytics and an ability to use data to drive content decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
