Customer Service Analyst

Acting as an extension of our clients, the CX Analyst is responsible for meeting our clients’ needs and advancing the Firm’s position as an innovative leader in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the opening of new client accounts
- Answering phones and communicating with clients via email and chat
- Assisting clients across different product lines including equities, options, and cryptocurrencies
- Provide back-up to other CX Associates when necessary
- Collaborate with other members of the team on common projects
- Proactively seek ways to identify customer pain points and address them accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
- 0-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Motivated, self-starter, who can collaborate effectively and efficiently
- Must have a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, and strong prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner using sound judgement
