We are looking for Business Development – Affiliate Marketing Support to join the Marketing team!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates and partners on all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, fostering engagement and driving performance in affiliate marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Collaborate with affiliates on campaign timelines and content creation, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the Business Development team.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent related course.

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management.

• Profound understanding of all social media platforms, trends, and culture.

• Well-versed in affiliate management tools and platforms, with the ability to effectively leverage influencer marketing tools to track, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.

• A profound understanding of how to strategically place products and content on social media platforms to drive brand awareness and performance.

• Proficiency in planning and executing effective affiliate marketing campaigns.
