We are looking for a Acquisition Team Support - Americas and European Region Data Analyst to join the Marketing team!
Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the leadership/management team to understand the company's overall acquisition strategies and objectives for the Americas and European region. Produce high-quality analysis reports that offer insights and recommendations, with a strong emphasis on measuring progress against core KPIs related to the various segmentations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and fine-tune user hierarchical models to enhance our understanding of user interactions with our platforms in the context of acquisition strategies.
• Create compelling and informative data visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Tableau to effectively communicate progress and performance against core KPIs, including client engagement, retention, profitability, downloads, registrations, account openings, first funding, and first trades.
• Utilize your proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel to collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources to support the analysis of acquisition strategy effectiveness, with a particular focus on campaign success.
• Implement data validation and cleaning processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in analyses, especially concerning key acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts. Share insights and contribute to data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing acquisition strategies and achieving acquisition team KPIs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for experience in roles focused on supporting acquisition strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, with a strong focus on key engagement, retention, and profitability metrics, as well as campaign specific KPIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely, particularly in the context of acquisition campaign performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues from various departments.
• An understanding of the fintech industry and financial data is advantageous.
