Responsibilities: • Evaluate the success of hotel events and be ready to present results to team members • Document all event logistics, including transportation, food and beverage provisions, guest lodging, all vendors, and audio-visual needs • Find and book appropriate vendors for each event • Create a budget and keep track of invoices and receipts for each hotel event • Implement excellent customer service during the event, ensuring the schedule is followed Qualifications: • Proven experience as a wedding or event coordinator (2+ years preferred) • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills • Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field (Preferred)
