Wedding Day Diamonds is planned to Grand Open in February/March 2022! This opportunity is to work at our newest location and we couldn’t be more excited to offer the Rochester and surrounding communities what we have at Wedding Day. We plan on hiring this team by mid-November and to start training in late-November all the way through the time we Grand Open.

Your Role:

As a part of the Sales Team your primary responsibility is providing a superior experience to our community of clients. In addition, you will:

• Support clients by understanding their needs, educate and guide them through their jewelry shopping experience
• Build relationships with your clients and create customers for life
• Educate customers on diamonds and jewelry as well as our services, industry leading No Fine Print Warranty, and financing options
• Hit or exceed individual and team sales goals

Job Requirements:

• Desire to help and educate customers as they celebrate one of the most incredible moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail or jewelry experience
• Ability to work retail hours, flexibility during holiday seasons and our special events (3 per year)
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills to provide a customer focused approach to service

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
