Wedding Sales Manager: The Curator of “I Do”
Location: Yountville, CA | Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Annually + Commission
The Vibe
Imagine 22 acres of sun-drenched vineyards, Michelin-starred neighbors, and two distinct luxury personalities: the high-energy, vibrant Hotels and the chic, tranquil sanctuary to relax and get creative.
We are looking for a Wedding Sales Manager who is part strategic closer, part visionary, and 100% obsessed with luxury hospitality.
The Mission
Your goal is simple but significant: Turn "Is this the place?" into "This is the only place." You will manage the full sales lifecycle for the most coveted wedding dates in Northern California, acting as the primary matchmaker between our stunning venues and our sophisticated couples.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Be the go-to planner: Conduct site tours that feel like a VIP experience, showcasing our 200+ rooms and versatile event spaces.
Hunt & Gather: Proactively solicit new business and SMERF groups, ensuring our calendar is as full as a glass of Reserve Cabernet.
Negotiate with Grace: Navigate contracts and close deals with a focus on maximizing revenue while maintaining that "Napa Chill" demeanor.
Market Mastery: Keep a pulse on luxury wedding trends. If a new floral ceiling trend is taking over TikTok, you already know how it fits into our ballrooms.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales and our Ops teams to ensure the transition from "Signed Contract" to "Wedding Day" is seamless.
Are You The One?
We aren't just looking for a resume; we’re looking for a presence. You’re a great fit if:
You Know Luxury: You’ve spent time in independent or luxury hotels and understand that "good enough" isn't an option here.
You’re Tech-Fluent: You can navigate Delphi.fdc and Opera in your sleep (or at least with high proficiency).
You’re a Closer: You have mastered the art of the "Open, Probe, Support, and Close."
You’re Polished: Your written and verbal communication is as refined as our guest list.
You’re Independent: You can juggle multiple high-value clients simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
The Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous Manager-level experience in hotel sales (Luxury/Leisure market focus).
Valid Driver’s License (for those local networking jaunts).
A passion for creating moments that guests will talk about for a lifetime.
Why join this amazing group?
Aside from working in the culinary heart of the world, our client is offering a competitive salary, a robust benefits package, and a generous commission structure, and the chance to represent a property that is truly a "village-within-a-village."
