    THE POSITION

    Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing high-class customer service in-person as well as over the phone, by email, and live chat. This customer-focused position includes helping check couples in for their appointments, efficiently handling all incoming calls, guiding customers through the sales process, and more!

    What does it take to be a Customer Service Representative? You have a passion for helping people find exactly what they need. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love adapting as needed. You love answering questions and providing resources for others. You appreciate organization and have a developed sense of time management. You have fantastic communication skills and communicating with a large variety of customers, manufacturers, and more.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Warmly welcome brides and grooms into our store and check them in for their appointments 
    • Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls, using a multi-line phone system
    • Promptly respond to all customer emails, voicemails and live chat inquiries
    • Assist customers through the sales process via phone and the Internet
    • Inform customers of Wedding Shoppe's contracts policies, payments, etc.
    • Complete all orders and necessary paperwork in a timely, accurate manner
    • Communicate with manufacturers regularly

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • 1 year of customer service experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette
    • Well organized and detail oriented
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
