WeeCare is looking for a Billing Specialist. As a vital member of the team, you will work with the operations team to:
- Handle billing issues
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Determine tools/products needed to simplify recurring billing issues
- Document and measure all billing issues
- Create process documentation around billing issues
- Handle all processes related to government related funding
- Handle all processes related to insurance payments
- Handle all payment collections and manage past due accounts
- Track and report
- Any ad hoc projects related to billing
