Backed by top investors and VCs, we're helping caregivers and educators start and run their own home daycares while helping parents find the best childcare options available.
WeeCare is looking for an experienced Parent Relations Support Specialist who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. As a vital member of the team, you will work with the Parent Relations team to:
- Stay on top of new developments and trends in the childcare industry
- Work closely with parents to understand the communities in their neighborhood
- Schedule calls and follow-ups with parents to research key metrics and gather information to better understand our customer base
- Help to manage and report metrics
- Keep diligent notes and make suggestions to the product team to increase efficiencies into the platform
- Process incoming leads and help guide them to the best daycare for their child(ren)
- Provide support to Billing and Enrollment Process

- Previous childcare expeirnece is a plus :)
