WeeCare is looking for a Provider Success specialist who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. As a vital member of the team, you will strive to:
- Support the onboarding process for daycare providers
- Help set the bar for what a WeeCare daycare looks like
- Oversee our network comprised of thousands of providers across the United States
- Push initiatives that drive quality care
- Understand the daycare licensing process and the nuances across the nation
- Ask questions to learn what daycare providers need and help to create solutions
- Provide daycare providers with product and service information
- Share knowledge and feedback with team members
- Learn new processes and skills
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
