    WeeCare is looking for a Provider Success specialist who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. As a vital member of the team, you will strive to:

    • Support the onboarding process for daycare providers
    • Help set the bar for what a WeeCare daycare looks like
    • Oversee our network comprised of thousands of providers across the United States 
    • Push initiatives that drive quality care
    • Understand the daycare licensing process and the nuances across the nation
    • Ask questions to learn what daycare providers need and help to create solutions
    • Provide daycare providers with product and service information
    • Share knowledge and feedback with team members
    • Learn new processes and skills
    • Ad hoc tasks and projects
