Backed by top investors and VCs, we're helping caregivers and educators start and run their own home daycares while helping parents find the best childcare options available.

    In order to fulfill our promise to families, WeeCare created a childcare benefit program for employers to help make childcare more affordable and accessible for all their employees, regardless of what they make and what schedules they work. WeeCare is excited to expand our corporate benefits team and is looking for an experienced sales person who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. 

    As a sales executive, you will work with the corporate benefits team to:

    • Be the main point of contact between employers and our corporate benefits and WeeCare team 
    • Plan, implement, manage and oversee customers through the sales pipeline  
    • Research and identify new business prospects that meet our product offerings 
    • Ensure employers have a quality experience as they go through the sales, onboarding and account management process
    • Create processes to increase conversion rates and/or make processes more efficient
    • Create and execute strategies to move mid-funnel prospects
    • Work closely with marketing, product and marketplace to ensure customer needs are met
    • Maintain relationships with current customers and build and maintain relationships with new customers
    • Stay current with new federal and state laws as it pertains to childcare benefits
    • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
    • Collect and analyze information and prepare sales reports

    You'll excel at this role if:

    • You have previous sales executive, SDR, account executive or account manager experience working with employers, especially HR and benefit personnel and have a demonstrated network of HR industry contacts at large organizations
    • You have previous experience presenting in front of corporate VP level executives, board of directors and government entities
    • You have knowledge and experience working with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, ConnectYou.io, etc.)
    • You can easily adapt and grow in a competitive startup environment
    • You are detail oriented and rarely have things slip through the cracks
    • You love setting goals and exceeding them
    • You work well in teams and can communicate effectively
    • You love speaking to people and are customer focused
    • You are good at negotiating and understanding what customers want and need
    • You are good at creating and delivering presentations
    • You are solution oriented and can figure out different ways to help customers with their needs
    • You are comfortable with the pace of working at a startup and are accustomed to change
    • You're a self starter and enjoy figuring things out
