    The role of an Operations Coordinator:

    As an Operations Coordiantor, you aim to ensure families understand their childcare benefits and find the childcare that meets their needs. You will ask questions to identify their needs and easily guide them through enrollment. At WeeCare, we want our families to feel welcome and at ease when signing up for care.

    In this role, you will:

    • Communication Skills : Clearly and effectively communicating the benefits of joining WeeCare to potential daycare providers. This includes being able to explain how WeeCare can help them grow their business and simplify their operations.
    • Identifying Potential Clients : You will need to research and identify daycare providers that would be a good fit for WeeCare's services.
    • Process Improvement : Take our processes and playbooks today and streamline operations to improve efficiency and conversion.
    • Creativity : Utilize creativity to develop and implement innovative strategies and outreach methods that effectively acquire new daycare providers for WeeCare, including those previously contacted. Craft unique messaging tailored to the daycare provider's needs to engage with these providers and highlight the benefits of partnering with WeeCare.
    • Building Relationships : We are customer-centric, so you will cultivate and develop strong relationships with potential clients to have them join WeeCare. This will require strong communication skills and the ability to listen to their needs and concerns.
    • Customer Service : You are the expert on childcare benefits, and you will be able to answer any questions parents/families may have. We always want to provide the best customer service with each interaction to ensure parents feel comfortable and safe with WeeCare.
    • Enrollment : Take the parents on the enrollment journey with you, from that first phone call to filling out the online forms, to getting them to the final step of finding the right type of child care.
    • Attention to Detail: : Many parents will be looking to enroll with WeeCare, so it is important to manage the workload by keeping on top of where each parent is in the enrollment process.
    • Data & Optimization: We like to learn from our experiences. You will be responsible for metrics to see how long it takes to complete enrollment from start to finish and how we can improve the process.
    • Analyzing Data : One of the many ways we learn and grow at WeeCare is through our metrics. Review and understand the data analysis to optimize to improve efficiency in acquiring new daycare providers. Learn how the data impacts key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates, and use this information to enhance outreach efforts continuously.
    • Details : Sometimes, you will have special requests or cases. You will own that by contacting the right person to answer your questions to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

    We are looking for a candidate that has :

    • Location : Although the company is remote, this role will need to be located in Kansas City, as you will have in-person meetings with stakeholders, clients, and events.
    • Work Experience : 2+ years in account management, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
    • Attention to Detail : strong attention to detail and also the ability to zoom out and see the macro picture.
    • Education : Bachelor's Degree from a university.
    • Ingenuity : able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
    • Outside of the Box Thinking : Adaptable and able to find solutions in even the most difficult situations.
    • Creativity : Being able to leverage existing resources in creative ways, as well as finding new resources when necessary.
