WeeCare is looking for a UI/UX Designer. As a vital member of the team, you will work with the tech team to:
- Develop the UI/UX assets that are required as part of the development life cycle (e.g. sketches, scenarios, personas, wireframes, high fidelity designs) for responsive web (desktop & mobile) and native apps (iOS & Android)
- Brainstorm and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Push for emerging user interface/interaction design standards and best practices
- Use a data-driven approach and analysis for design experiences
- Ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation
- Work within a tight-knit agile team to deliver on product goals
- Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to make informed, strategic decisions
YOU'LL EXCEL AT THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Have demonstrated experience using best practices for responsive web and native applications
- Have a portfolio demonstrating experience with complex applications (Please include a link to your portfolio)
- Have a product/business mindset
- Have a passion for being the voice of the user and a proven track-record building user-centric solutions
- Have experience establishing an overarching UX strategy and working cross functionally to adhere to and maintain the UX vision
- Enjoy building beautiful UI/UX
- Enjoy knowledge sharing with team members
- Enjoy working within a data-driven team
- Love building marketplaces
- Are detail oriented and rarely have things slip through the cracks
- Have experience developing actionable customer personas and UX journey maps
- Have an understanding of HTML5 & CSS3
