WeeCare is looking for an experienced user acquisition and growth specialist to help expand our marketplace. This position is for you if you eat, sleep and breath top of funnel growth. As our resident UA and growth expert you will work directly with the CMO to:

• Develop strategic user acquisition campaigns to drive web and app users
• Determine the best way to deploy budget across various channels based on CAC and LTV models
• Track, analyze and report key metrics/insights to the executive team
• Test new channels and funnels to optimize growth
• Work with a creative team to create engaging ads experiences

What you'll need to succeed:

• 7+ years of user acquisition experience
• You have successfully managed significant budgets across multiple channels
• You are an expert at facebook advertising
• You are even more advanced in search ads
• You have a deep understanding attribution and tracking
• You are a data wizard with Excel, Google Sheets or SQL
• You can technically communicate with developers
• You are a leader who loves teaching others
• You can communicate well with creative teams

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience marketing to parents and teachers
• You have intermediate design skills and can execute without designers
• You have experience with SEO, Pinterest, Twitter, and affiliate marketing
