About the Role:

Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking a Technical Manager to join our team in Holt, MI. As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Lawn Technician, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Join us in creating beautiful and healthy lawns!

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team Door to Door teams during the Winter to generate Customer Leads

Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support

Ensure proper application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery

Monitor and evaluate lawn conditions, identifying and addressing any issues

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care or related field

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong knowledge of lawn care products and equipment

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
