About the Role:

Ale Emporium in Greenwood, IN is looking for an energetic and dependable Busser to join our front-of-house team! Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth dining room flow

Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless table turnover

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AM availability a must

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
