Position Overview

The Weekend & Event Manager leads our weekend operations—birthday parties, Friday & Saturday Night Out events, and front desk activities—ensuring smooth execution, great customer service, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support Weekend Birthday/Event Coaches and Front Desk staff.

Oversee party/event setup, execution, and cleanup.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during weekend hours.

Monitor safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

Promote Win Kids programs and services to parents and guests.

Track attendance, supplies, and report operational needs to management.

Qualifications

1+ year of supervisory or customer service/event experience.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Energetic, positive personality with a passion for working with children and families.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Available Friday evenings and Saturdays.
