Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Grill Cook to join our team for weekend breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and grill items while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency during busy service periods.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards.

Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed.

Work effectively with team members to provide excellent guest service.

Qualifications:

Previous grill cook or breakfast cooking experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Strong attention to food quality and safety.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
