About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at WRIGHT BY YOUR SIDE IN HOME CARE as a Weekend CNA/Caregiver. Shifts available in Sherwood, NLR, Maumelle, and Little Rock. Shifts vary in length. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work around pets.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Monitor and document the health and well-being of clients.

Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safety.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Support clients with companionship and emotional support.

Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.

Experience in caregiving or a related field is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.

Background check and references required.
