About the Role:
Join Caring Companions, LLC as a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and companionship. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team in a rewarding environment!
Weekend Hours: 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm in Windsor
$18-$20/hour based off experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes in client condition.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental well-being.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Requirements:
Valid CNA certification in the state of Connecticut if applicable.
Experience in home care or assisted living environments preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Background check and references required.
