Job Summary

Infinite Helping Hands is seeking a dependable Weekend Care Coordinator to oversee caregiver coverage and support clients from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 9 AM. This is an on-call position, not continuous work, but it requires steady weekend availability to respond to needs as they arise.

Responsibilities include

• Be available by phone (company phone is provided)

• Ensure scheduled shifts are covered

• Respond to caregiver call-offs and coordinate replacements

• Provide support to caregivers and clients throughout the weekend

• Log weekend updates for the weekday leadership team

• Step in to cover a shift only if backup coverage is unavailable

Pay

Flat rate is $250 per weekend

If your duties exceed the scope of the flat rate, such as physically covering a shift, you will be paid hourly for the extra time

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection

• Calm, organized, and responsive under pressure

• Experience in home care or scheduling is preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills
