Assisting Hands is hiring reliable and trustworthy caregivers to help our clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Serving the areas of Schaumburg/ Park Ridge and surrounding suburbs.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Daily Living Activities: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing.

Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules.

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals to meet the nutritional needs of clients.

Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks like dusting, sweeping, and laundry to maintain a tidy living space.

Transportation: Provide transportation to medical appointments, run errands, or accompany clients on outings.

Companionship: Keeping client engaged throughout the shift

Please note that each client is unique, and individual ADLs may vary.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and can manage time effectively

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.

Reliable transportation.- Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
