Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and physically capable caregiver to support multiple private-pay clients throughout the day on weekends.

This role is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident managing client transitions, mobility support, and varying care needs across multiple homes.

12-Hour Weekend Shifts |

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Shift Type: Multi-Client Coverage (2–3 clients per day)

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs)

Safely perform transfers (bed, chair, toilet) with proper technique

Travel between 2–3 client homes per shift

Assist with mobility, fall prevention, and repositioning

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff

Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates

Required Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required

Proven experience with hands-on transfers (gait belts, standby assist, etc.)

Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility needs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong time management and punctuality

CNA or HHA certification Required
