    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) to join our team at our North Kansas City location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and technicians to keep service operations running smoothly.

    This role follows a consistent 4/10 schedule , working four 10-hour shifts from Friday through Monday. A key component of this position is providing overnight on-call phone coverage during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to ensure seamless operations. While this requires a high level of dedication over the weekend, it rewards you with a guaranteed three-day weekend every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—allowing you to enjoy your time off when the rest of the world is at work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, professional service over the phone from the first call to final follow-up.
    • Scheduling & Dispatching: Book service calls, assign technicians, and maintain an optimized daily schedule.
    • Technician Liaison: Serve as the go-to office contact for your assigned group of techs—ensuring they have what they need and stay in the loop.
    • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct "happy calls" after service and handle any needed follow-up communications.
    • Timesheet Management: Collect, review, and submit accurate technician timesheets.
    • Invoicing: * Prepare and send invoices through ServiceTitan (ST) and 3rd-party platforms. * Ensure all job details and billing information are accurate and complete.
    • Payment Collection: Collect payments over the phone and log transactions properly.

    What You Bring

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
    • Comfort with dispatching software like ServiceTitan, CRMs, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or service industry support
    • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive work ethic
